Hello people of this great nation,

I SAR97 of the Black Sheep Party would like to announce my race to run for Country President. I am running again with a hope that we can get some change in this country, I do not however plan to run with no solid plan like last time. I have been putting thought into this since last election and I believe that I can give change while I don't just run into the election blindly.

I think its time for a fresh player in office. I think that person can be me, I have a great team and I am experienced in high places such as cabinet spots and party/MU leadership positions. My resume includes:

USO Founder = Was a new player welcoming and mentor group




Nice Resume, but the other candidates probably have just as good of a resume's as your's. Why should I vote for you and not one of the other candidates?

Well I’ll bring diversification to office by Cabinet Member from at least every top 5 party and some of those well deserving players below the T5, and as someone who has been in a few different cabinets and party's and MU's, I am quite qualified but I will also bring some new and fresh ideas to the office.

Even if I'm anti-dictator doesn't mean I'm not patriotic it only means I am extremely patriotic, and believe that my country would do better without one. But as CP I would have to follow the law and fulfill my duties as CP and take over the position as country dictator. I might be slightly anti-dictator but a law made by the government is a law I will follow.

Hello everyone,

Today I would like to announce the people who are running with me. These great people try their hardest keep this game running smoothly, and there are even some new people who are trying to make a name for themselves. This cabinet is the best people I could ask for in my opinion. But you never know, it’s just a game and everyone are just human beings that can make mistakes. Well enough of this speech, lets get into this great cabinet!

First and foremost I have to announce who going to be second-in-command or Vice President. This Person is ………..

Dominar Rygel XVI

Most of you haven’t heard of him, but he is a prominent activist for the Black Sheep Party. He would like to see change in the government and he shares a lot of beliefs as I do. He hasn’t really been on the national stage that much, so he going to be newer national person.



Next let’s announce who will be keeping track of this great group of people: the honorary spot of Chief of Staff goes to ………..

Dave Gulya

He has had numerous positions both on the national stage and in the party scene. He has a plethora of experience in leadership in The Federalist Party, as well as being a stellar Director of Interior.

Now let’s get down to the Secretaries!



First secretary will be the secretary of a rebuilding the moral department. I will be building a department called the Department of Fun!!! The secretary will be ............

Next the Department of Interior, this Secretary will be a new person to the national stage and he from SFP it’sssssssss ……

Captaaaaaaaain Reckssssss aka “Captain Recks”

Why him? He’s a new up and coming national player.  He has done quite a bit of leading activities for the SFP party and now writes an eUS paper!



What about Secretary of Education?

Well, we need to keep some experienced players around to teach the new guys in government, and the newer guys / gals in game.  Let’s go with an older and more experienced person for this job: It’sssssssss ……….

Well we need to know who keep up relations with our friends, that will be Thomas Killah. He hasn’t really been on the stage as of late but he wants back in and he has had Foreign Affairs experience in the Department of State.

Who will be keeping us safe?

 Well, who better for that job than Kalos Hoenn! He a pretty cool guy and very active in the national stage currently writing for the USAF.

But we need someone that can organize all this in the media, right? Yeah, and that guy will be Wooky Jack. He pretty active on the party level, as well as on the media level. So who better than him can I ask for?

Now for the super secret stuff that you should know about!

Last and not least DHS.  What is the DHS?  I know very well that just shocked you so much and made you speechless, so maybe I should talk about the Director … of … Homeland … Security. Ohh mother of Dio!  Is he talking about the most secretive area of government?

“There we finally shut him up!” as the other candidate supporters slowly walk away making sure they left no evidence of the scene.

I am greatly pleased to be able to announce the official endorsement of my dear friend Sar97 for President of the eUnited States of America. This is the first time in a long time that we have a serious candidate being nominated who has the potential to bring real change to the Presidency. I hope you will all vote Sar97 on April 5th!

He has written one of the most detailed and comprehensive plans in the history of the eUSA and has thought through his potential Presidency very carefully. This alone should make all eAmericans think very carefully about voting for him. Some may criticize him for not having the supposed extensive experience that other candidates may have, but he will be a people's President, which is exactly what the country needs in this era of dictatorship and growing unhappiness with many things that are causing people to leave us.

If there was ever a time for Sar97 to be our President, then this is that time! Let's make a big splash in this election. I ask you to support Sar97 not only as his Vice Presidential nominee, but as a citizen who believes that his victory would truly be a great thing for our country. The Black Sheep Party has been on a rising tide of victory recently, and I hope this will be the biggest win yet not only for our party, but for our country too.

A relatively unknown candidate is running for Country President. And while many dismiss him others have considered him to be just like any other one of us penguins in this game who are marching around trying to get things done. SAR97 is no different. He just happens to have a different talent and way of looking at life.



Today we have him with us for an interview! Let’s get right to it. There has been some concern about your qualifications, or ‘lack thereof’, and we should let the citizens know what you exactly plan to do when faced with particular situations our country could face.

Currently, we have an unspoken NAP (Non-Aggression Pact) with Serbia. Maybe it can be better viewed as an unofficial ceasefire. Either way, its cleverly disguised behind an actual NAP with Asterian nations. If Greece and Argentina suddenly went to war over the regions in Nigeria, and both Greece and Argentina asked for the USAF’s direct military assistance, what would you say and how would you handle this request?

A: Well I would tell them their requests has been looked over and will be put on the priorities, but at the bottom of the list.

Our alliance is strong. If Mexico asked to join Pacifica what would you say?

A: Well, that would be somewhat complicated. They been fairly unstable and hasn’t been able hold their own. Start taking steps to stabilize your government and then come back. Unless Russia thinks we should admit them immediately, then I would go with their option. But if they say no; never. We would have to talk about it.

If one of our allies requested assistance in battle what are the most common and/or appropriate ways to go about fulfilling this request?

A: I would request the militia to fulfill it and if they said no, I would send small amount of USAF troops.

Describe what an Air Strike is and how it happens.

A: That is when a country that is not bordering you attacks or you attack them. So, say we get mad at a middle east country and want attack them. We don’t have a border with them so we would have to use government resource to pay the game to allow us to do it.



If eUSA is in a conflict and needs money for CO’s (Combat Orders) to protect itself, how will you get money?

A: Would use some from the reserves, arm america fund, and if still not enough ask USAF if they have any extra that they can spare.

As they currently stand, what are the differences between the following ORGs: Department of Education, Department of Interior and White House Press Release?

A: Department of Education = Teaching new people how to play the game.
Department of Interior = Resource and handouts to players, manly new players.
White House Press Release = Gives frequent updates on the government.

It appears you know a lot about eUSA and how most things operate. Why did you not build your political career by starting in Congress at least?

A: Congress, I first ran and was too young so I was put at the bottom of the list and never elected. That happen twice, then I almost was going get spot in fed congress but right before sign up time I went back to black sheep and the new law came out about congress and they said I had to get approval to run and I was never giving approval.





SAR97 is Search and Rescue and my birth year. Penguins are just my favorite animal.



Because they never slowed me down and that I just continue with my plan no matter what people thought of me.
